This Privacy Policy explains how hurutungo LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), the developer of the Anime Fillers app (“the app”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the app. We are the data controller responsible for your information.

We deliberately collect as little as possible. We do not ask for or store your name, password, phone number, or precise location. The one exception is an email address, and only if you choose to include one with in-app feedback — see below.
Anonymous account identifier. The first time you use the app, our server creates an anonymous account for you, identified by a randomly generated token and an associated access token (stored in hashed form). This lets the app remember your purchases across sessions without knowing who you are. It is not linked to your real-world identity.
Purchase and subscription records. When you buy a subscription or a one-time purchase, Apple’s App Store processes the payment and sends our server limited details about it — which product you bought, whether a subscription is active, an Apple-generated transaction identifier, and whether the purchase was made in Apple’s production or sandbox environment. We use this to unlock the features you paid for. We never receive or store your payment card, billing address, or other payment details — Apple handles all payment processing.
Technical logs. Like most internet services, our servers automatically record basic technical information when your app communicates with them, such as your IP address and app/device user-agent string, in short-lived operational logs. This is used to operate and secure the service.
In-app feedback. If you submit feedback, a bug report, or a suggestion from within the app, we store the message you write. You may optionally include an email address so we can reply — this is entirely optional, and we do not verify that the address belongs to you or use it for anything other than responding to your report.
Favorites and watch progress. The shows you favorite and your watch progress are stored only on your device. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

International data transfers. Our servers and database are located in the United States. If you use the app from outside the United States, including from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
We retain your anonymous account identifier and purchase records for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Technical logs are retained only for a short period. Feedback you submit, including any email address you provide with it, is retained indefinitely for reference. You can request deletion as described below.

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including storing access tokens in hashed form and encrypting data in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
